The National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council is a national body of OHV recreation enthusiasts which develops and provides a wide spectrum of programs, materials and information, or "tools", to individuals, clubs, associations and agencies in order to further a positive future for responsible OHV recreation.

Advocates for Access to Public Lands was started in 2002 by local residents in Bishop, CA who believe that all forms of recreation and land management go hand in hand with conserving our natural resources; even enhancing them. The has established a close relationship with AAPL.
The Pinenut Mountains Trails Association was formed in 1998 in response to concerns over the redirection of policy in the Pinenut Mountains range. CPA has associated itself with this organization because of shared goals and to be a receiver of donations to the CPA.

The Nevada Off-Highway Vehicle Coalition (NOHVCO) mission is to represent, assist, educate, and empower OHV recreationist in the protection and promotion of off-highway motorized recreation throughout Nevada.
